The Double Draw Ranch was formed in 2007 by Gene and Patti Hennigan with the goal of
providing an outdoor experience that will last a lifetime for our guest.
The ranch is part of a 12,080 acre ranch that was owned by a Texas Pioneer family for over 70 years and is located just 6 miles outside of the Hill Country town of Junction, Texas in Kimble County about two hours west of San Antonio via I10 West.
We have almost 700 acres of lush wooded valleys, scenic foothills, spectacular mountains, and rugged canyons to explore. Not to mention the breathtaking sky at night. The sky alone offers over a billion reasons to come and enjoy the ranch.
We provide both wildlife camera safari's, hiking and hunting. We have native whitetail deer, axis deer and blackbuck antelope from India, fallow deer from Europe, sika deer from Japan, Aoudad sheep from Africa, feral hogs, Rio Grande turkey, bobwhite quail, dove, and many other species of wildlife to enjoy.
